Wow. Liam Gallagher just released a great solo album. I certainly wasn't expecting that.
This might be one of the best goals I've ever seen. Certainly, one of the best Manchester United goals of all time. This thunderbolt from Antonio Valencia, United's makeshift right back-turned-one-of-the-best-right-backs-in-England, set the tone for his team's 4-0 win over Everton on Sunday. It was, without question, more impressive than his last Premier League goal - last year's goal against Middlesborough where Victor Valdes got his one (and only) assist for Manchester United.
I was going to write a review of The Verve's 20th anniversary reissue of its classic album, "Urban Hymns," but what's the point? I love the album and it's still one of my favorites. In fact, I make it a point to listen it all the way through at least a few times a year. I love this album so much that it's almost impossible for me to be objective about it. It would be like trying to review "The Godfather."
So I figured I'd write this instead.
